If you work alone in an offline project, none of the buttons and commands related to publishing are available.

This tab has a table that is like a spreadsheet. The intersections of columns and rows make cells. See: Edit section or passage information.
An invalid reference warning can appear of your project has references that will not be able to synchronize with Paratext.

The Assigned column does not appear in Work Alone ( Work Offline or
Work Online) projects (see: Getting Started page) or in personal projects (
).
Versions: The button you see depends on whether Shared Resources is selected in this project's settings.
Your workflow can be affected by your selection of Hierarchical or Flat.
Section is the default term. When the project was created or edited, the project Admin had the option to select or add a different term. So, you may see Sets, Stories, Scenes, or Pericopes or another term. Other related buttons, column headers and labels also change to match the term.
If the audio project was created online, but you opened it from an avatar below Work Offline on the Connection Mode page, you cannot do these procedures:
Add a section or passage, paste a spreadsheet, or resequence section and passages.
Upload audio, record/edit audio, or assign or delete a section.
