You can copy all of them or only one to your computer clipboard and then paste (Ctrl + V) the transcription someplace else, such as in an email or other document. There must be transcription to copy.
Click the Transcriptions tab or open the Export dialog box.
Click Copy Transcriptions.
All the transcriptions in the project are on your clipboard.
Click the Transcriptions tab or open the Export dialog box.
Click to expand the section that has the transcription you want to copy.
Click the icon () next to a passage to open the Transcription dialog box.
Click to copy the transcription to your computer's clipboard.
Click Close.
Click the Audio tab.
In the Version column, click the version number for the audio file that has the transcription you want to copy.
The Versions dialog box opens.
In the Reference column, click the reference that is in the row that has the version you want to copy.
The Transcription dialog box opens.
Click to copy the transcription to your computer's clipboard.
Click Close.
In steps that use the Export tool, you can copy a transcription to your clipboard. You choose the type of transcription you want to copy. There must be transcription to copy.
Click the down arrow () and click the type of transcription:
Vernacular, Community Test Retell, Community Test Question and Answer, Whole Back Translation or Phrase Back Translation.
Click Copy Transcriptions.
The transcription of the type you chose is copied to your computer clipboard. Now you can paste it elsewhere.
