Here are things you need to do to publish Movements () or Sections.
Note:
Your role or permissions can determine what you can see and do.
This is only for online projects with the layout set to Hierarchical.
Review About Publishing rows and About Publishing symbols to learn about rows and related information.
A personal project () cannot be shared, so you can only publish to Akuo.
To publish to another destination, you can add a team () with yourself as the only person in the team and choose a default workflow.
You can vary the order of these steps.
If you will publish to provide shared resources, select () Shared Resources in the Edit Audio Project Settings dialog box.
Use the Team Settings dialog box to do the following:
Enter the Bible Id.
Record or upload an existing audio file of the vernacular language.
Enter a description of the Bible.
Enter the copyright information. It will be used for both Scripture () and any General (
) audio project contents the team will publish.
In the Audio Note tab of the Edit Team Categories (or Edit Personal Projects Categories) dialog box:
Add and localize audio Note categories as needed.
If you will publish a General () audio project to the Akuo app, do these steps:
Open the Configure Audio Project Setting dialog box.
Enter the three-character book designation in the Akuo Book Designation box.
You can edit it in the Edit Audio Project Settings dialog box at a later time.
Select () or clear (
) the Show as Stories (not Extras) in Akuo.
In the Sections & Passages tab:
Record or upload the Title column contents such as book name, alternate book name and related contents.
Add Notes.
You can find an existing note to link to a Note row when appropriate. Linked notes show an orange color in the Reference column. This will distinguish them from notes you added in this project.
Linked notes can only be published from their source project. The publishing symbol () indicates this.
Add Movements, if necessary.
Upload Graphics to rows that can hold them.
Update Publishing Rows if you moved, deleted or added rows.
For each Passage and Note in the Section, do all the steps in your workflow until all the Passages and Notes have Step Complete selected ().
