) instead of letting APM automatically assign them. You might want to manually choose the number for a Movement row () instead of letting APM automatically assign them.
For example, you can add a Movement row at the very top and add only Notes (
) into that Movement. These Notes can contain introductory information. You can choose to set this top Movement row as 0 or 1. Any other existing Movement rows automatically change. This choice is a preference, and doesn't affect how the content is consumed.
There must be at least one Movement row () in the project.
Click the Movement row.
Click 
(More) in the Extras column for that row, and then move your mouse pointer over the click Start At control.
Do one of these steps:
Click the up or down arrows (
) until the number you want is displayed in the control.
Select the displayed number, and then type the new desired number.
Click Save.
