Add, Move or Delete Notes

Add a Note row

The PIC (Add Note) command is available in various rows, such as book name (PIC), Movement () an existing note (PIC) or below a Passage.

  1. Click the row that you want to appear above the new Note you will add.

  2. Click  (More) in the Extras column, and then click PIC (Add Note).

A new Note row (PIC) appears.

  1. Optionally, double click the cell in the Description column for the new note row and type a brief description for the Note. It is often used to distinguish the various Notes from each other.

  2. Click a symbol or (Note Details) to open and use the Note Details dialog box.

  3. Click PIC (More) in the Extras column, and then click PIC (Record/Edit Audio). Use the Record/Edit Audio dialog box to record the Note, which you described in the Description column.

Important

Move a Note row

  1. Click row that you want to move.

  2. Click   (More) in the Extras column, and then click PIC (Up) or PIC (Down).

A current row is moved one row up or down.

Do this step again if needed.

  1. Click Save.

Delete a Note row

  1. If a Note row you want to delete has audio you want to save, do these steps:

  1. Click Note row that you want to delete.

  2. Click PIC (More) in the Extras column, and then click PIC (Delete).

A current row is deleted.

Any audio recordings and descriptions are deleted.

  1. Click Save.
