When you set up a project you can add a note row () and record (
) the note as an audio file.
To open this dialog box: In the note row () row you want to change, click the symbol (Note Details) in the Action column.
Then, you can use this dialog box to populate the note row with information about the note. You can new content to new note, or find an existing note and use it more than one time.

This dialog box has three tabs.
This tab has controls so you can use to add information (metadata) about the note. Only the Title is required.
Title*: Typically, the title is recorded. It appears in the Title column. It is included in the published contents.
Description: This is a description of the note itself. It is not included in the published contents. You can type it using in the vernacular language or a language of wider communication (LWC).
It does not appear in the Description column. The description you add in that column is shorter and is used to distinguish the various notes from each other.
Category: If you choose a category, it appears in the Reference column, in steps, and is included in the published contents.
You can add a new category (), but you cannot choose a color or picture. Use the Edit Team Categories dialog box or Edit Personal Projects Categories dialog box to edit, choose a color or picture.
Keywords: Keywords are only used in APM. You can use them for categorizing and searching () for notes.
Link: You can type or paste an Internet URL that links to optional supplementary information. URLs are only used in APM.
Click (Find existing note) to find an existing note that you can link to the current note.
This tab has a table that shows all the audio versions of the recorded note.

The Date columns shows the time-stamp of when the audio file was recorded. |
