The Configure Audio Project Settings dialog box is used when you create a new audio project.
You can edit those settings at a later time in the Edit Audio Project Settings dialog box.
On the home page, click (More) on the audio project card you want to change and then click Settings (
).
Do any of these steps in the Basic tab:
Edit the project name.
Edit the description.
Audio Project Type: Select () a different type.
Akuo Book Designation (General): Edit the three-character book designation. Then, select () or clear (
) Show as Stories (Not Extras) in Akuo.
Language: Click Language and then use the Choose Language Details dialog box to choose the transcription language, script and font.
Spell Check: Select () to enable spell checking in the transcribe pane.
Tags: Select () any of the existing tags or type the name of the new tag to help define the purpose of the audio project.
Do any of these steps in the Advanced tab:
Layout: Select () Hierarchical (sections can have multiple passages) or Flat (each section has only one passage).
Term for organizing layout: Select () one of the options. If none of the terms are what you want, select Other and type your own custom term. Later, if you choose another term, your custom term is removed from the list.
Permissions only appears if Permissions may be set for projects of this team is selected () in the Team Settings dialog box.
Permissions has two controls.
Can Edit Spreadsheet: Use this control to choose a peer group or a particular team member who you want to have permission to change the rows in the Sections & Passages tab.
appears on the project cards for members who have this permission.
Can Publish: Use this control to choose a peer group or a particular team member who will have permission to publish.
appears on the project cards for members who have this permission.
Select () Shared Resources if this project contains resources that can be used in other projects for internalization. This check box does not appear in personal projects.

Click Save.
Asterisks (*) indicate required information.
Click to delete a tag you do not want to keep.
Your workflow can be affected by your Layout selection (Hierarchical or Flat).
