Do not delete any section or passages that you have published.
You can only delete sections or passages while online.
If your layout is flat, there is not a separate row for each passage.
Do these steps:
Choose an audio project and then click the Sections & Passages tab, if it is not already displayed.
Do these steps in the row for the section or passage that you want to delete:
Move your mouse pointer over the More (
) button in the Extras column.
Click 
(Delete).
In the Confirmation dialog box, click Yes.
The section or passage is deleted. You cannot undo the deletion.
If you see section or passage numbers that are not in the correct order, click the Spreadsheet 
button and then click Re-sequence.
Click Save.
