(Reduce NoiseAI) appears in most places where you can record audio.These experimental features use remote AI services which require an Internet connection.
If you use Desktop, you must be online.
These features are not available for Work Alone Work Offline.
In the Team Settings dialog box, and in some situations the Personal Settings dialog box, the Settings area displays these three features:
Reduce NoiseAI
If selected (), this button (Reduce NoiseAI) appears in most places where you can record audio.
This AI service attempts to reduce the amount of noise in your audio recording.
There must be an audio recording and a name in the Speaker box to see this button.
If you do not need to reduce the noise for the entire audio file, select the portion that is too noisy before you click Reduce NoiseAI.
Convert VoiceAI
If selected (), this button 
(Convert Voice <speaker>AI) appears in most places that you can record audio.
This AI service will replace or blend the voice of the original speaker with a speaker you choose. If there is no other speaker to choose, you need to add one and use the Provide Rights dialog box to record a permission statement.
To see this button, there must be an audio recording and a name in the Speaker box.
starts the AI service with the speaker who is named in the tool tip.
opens the Select Voice dialog box.
In this dialog box, you enter or choose the speaker whose voice you want the AI service to convert the audio with in the current audio file.
Auto TranscriptionAI
If selected (), this button 
(Auto Transcription <language>AI) appears in steps where you can transcribe an audio file. The AI service will transcribe the audio file.
starts the AI service with the language stated in the tool tip. While the AI service is working or there is a transcription ready for you to receive, a blue dot appears on the button like this:

opens the the Auto Transcription Settings dialog box.
In this dialog box, you chose the language that you want the AI service to recognize and use its writing system. This language appears in the tool tip for the button.
Be aware that Phonetic does not produce a phonetic transcription. It uses a phonetic script and the word spacing comes from the chosen language.
