A section (or another term) is a set of one or more passages.
Section (or another term) is one of the columns in the Sections & Passages tab and in other places, such as in some dialog boxes.
Section is the default term.
It is used when the Admin (role) created or edited an audio project but did not change the Term for organizing layout selection below Advanced.
Sets, Stories, Scenes, Pericopes or another term will appear if the Admin changed it.
In this case, related buttons, column headers and labels would also change to match the term. You also see it in the Template Codes dialog box.
The Section column holds the section number, even if you use another term. Spreadsheet convention also discusses this.
Each Section row as a number in the Section column, such as S1, S2 and so on.
In some cases, you can move rows up or down with controls in the Extras column.
If you add a Movement, then the Section number includes the Movement number. In this case, you might see M1 S1, M1 S2 and so on.
In each Movement, the Section numbers start at S1.
The term you use appears when you filter the project.
In hierarchical projects, a blue dot in the Sections column header indicates some information is not displayed.
().
The numbers in the column header tell you how many rows you can see and how many total rows. For example, 41/44 means three rows are not shown.
