When you publish, you click (Show Publishing Information) to see and use Publishing rows.
Here is an overview of the symbols that can see in these rows and other rows. The colors of the symbols in the Action column indicate the state of the row.
Movement (
) and Section rows (their tool tips show Publish Movement or Update Movement, or Publish Section or Update Section):
Open circle means that this Movement or Section has not been published.
Lime (color)means that this Movement or Section has been published as a beta (Akuo only).
Green (color) means that this Movement or Section has been published to the public.
Boxes initially appear in Chapter, Passage and Note rows:
Blue means Not Published.
Lime means that this row has been published, but it was not the latest version.
Red means that the Movement or Section that has this row has been published, but this row is not currently included.
Click a box to use the Versions tab in the Resource Edit dialog box or Note Details dialog box to choose the latest version for the intended destination or destinations.
Linked notes are different: You can only publish linked notes from their source project and only the Versions dialog box in the source project show versions.
These boxes change to the symbols shown below.
In the Action column, the direction or shape of the symbol tells you which destination or destinations were selected in the Publish dialog box.
Click an arrow or symbol to open the Versions dialog box.

These symbols allow you to look at the Action column to make sure the rows are all published to the intended destination or destinations.
The color of these symbols in the Action column tells you the status. Examples:
Blue (
) means not published.
Green (
) means published with the latest version of the audio file or files.
Lime (
) means the row was published but not with the latest version.
Red (
) means the movement or section has been published but the row is not included.
If you see a red or lime colored symbol, use the Versions tab to choose the latest version.
Colors are not used for these boxes and symbols in the Published column (Audio tab) or in the various dialog boxes mentioned above.
(Note Details) and 
(Versions) appear instead of the symbol listed above if you clicked 
(Hide Publishing Information) in a project that is not shared.
