The Sections & Passages tab has a table that is similar to a spreadsheet with rows and columns. Cells are the intersection of a row and a column.
Where you can add or change contents can vary. Examples:
For a hierarchical layouts, the section rows can have titles and passage rows can have descriptions.
For a flat layout, the section row can have both a title and a description.
Reference column contents have limits described in Spreadsheet convention.
You might see an invalid reference warning.
Only the Scripture () layout has a Book column.
The (More) button in the Extras column lists additional options.
Do one of these steps to put the insertion point in the cell:
Press the Tab key to move the focus to the cell from another cell, and then press the Enter key.
Double-click the cell.
Do any of the following:
Type or paste new contents into the cell.
Edit the contents of that cell. Use the arrow keys to move the insertion point in existing content as needed.
Press the Tab key or the Enter key.
Single-click the cell, or use an arrow or Tab key to move the focus to the cell.
Press the Delete key, the Backspace key.
Double-click the cell in the Book column.
Type the first letter or letters of the book's name or click the down arrow () to display the list of books.
Click the book you want.
Press the Tab key or the Enter key.
The Esc key to abort your changes if you press it before you move the focus to another cell.
The Tab or Enter key saves the content locally in the table.
It is saved to the online audio project 30 seconds after each change and each time you click Save, if you have internet access.
