About Publishing rows describes publishing rows. Show Publishing symbols describes symbols you see.
Publishing information also includes graphics which you can use in the Graphic column.
Do these steps in the the Sections & Passages tab.
The layout must be set to Hierarchical.
You must be logged into APM via a Paratext login.
Your Paratext account must have access to Forum of Bible Agencies International (FOBIA) resources.

Click (Show Publishing Information) to see the rows and the Graphic column
The first time, a question box appear with information to help make you that you want to add these rows.
Then you can do the steps in Add Publishing Information, Add Movements, Add Notes and more.
Click 
(Hide Publishing Information) to hide the rows and the Graphic column.
A blue dot (
) appears in the Section column header when the Graphic column is hidden by a filter.
The Graphic column must be shown when you upload graphics.
