There are different versions of this dialog box.
About this dialog box:
Existing project or Work view in a step that uses the Record tool: it has boxes for the Speaker and the one you use to get the files.
New project: it also has additional controls, for language, script and font and so on.
After you type or paste a name in the Speaker box, you can:
Drag and drop files into the box that is in the middle of this dialog box.
Click the box to browse your computer for the files. Then, you can click the desired files and click Open in the file browser.

Select (
) Spell Check to enable spell checking in the transcribe pane.
You can upload files with these formats: *.mp3. *.mp4, *.wav or *.ogg.
If you see the Book control you can type the name of the book to help you find it in the list.
