This dialog box opens when you create a new audio project.
Asterisks (*) indicate required information. There are two tabs.
Type the name of the audio project.
Type a brief description.
Select () an audio project type: Scripture or General.
For a General audio project that you will publish to the Akuo Spoken Bible app, enter the three-character book designation in the Akuo Book Designation box. Then, select () or clear (
) Show as Stories (Not Extras) in Akuo.
Click Language and then use the Choose Language Details dialog box to choose the transcription language, script and font.
Select () Spell Check to enable spell checking in the transcribe pane.
Select () any of the existing Tags or click Other and then type a new tag label.
Tags help define the purpose of the project. They appear on the home page in the audio project card.
Select () one of the Layout options: Hierarchical (sections can have multiple passages) or Flat (each section has only one passage).
Your workflow can be affected by your Layout selection (Hierarchical or Flat).
Select () one of the Term for organizing layout options. If none of the terms is what you want, select and then click Other, and type your own term. See Also: Sections.
Permissions only appears if Permissions may be set for projects of this team is selected () in the Team Settings dialog box, and the team has at least one member in addition to the Admin.
Permissions has two controls.
Click the Can Edit Spreadsheet control and then click a peer group or a particular team member who you want to have permission to change the rows in the Sections & Passages tab.
Members without permission to edit the spreadsheet can add contents to existing rows, but cannot change the number of rows, change verse ranges and so on.
Click the Can Publish control and then click a peer group or a particular team member who will have permission to publish.
Members without permission to publish, can add content to publishing rows, record audio, and so on, but cannot publish any of that content.
If Permissions may be set for projects of this team is selected () in the Team Setting dialog box, and the team has at least one member in addition to the Admin, then the Permissions controls appear in this dialog box.
Only Admins is the default for both controls. If you want to give permission to members, do these steps:
Select () Shared Resources if this project contains resources that can be used in other projects for internalization.

Click Add.
On the home page, click the audio project card for the new audio project to open the Sections & Passages tab.
Now you can do procedures listed in Sections & Passages tab overview, as necessary.
