To open this dialog box (online only): Go to the Home () page, click
(More) on the project card and then click
Edit Team Categories.
It has these three tabs:
Resource lists all the categories that are available when you choose one for an internalization resource.
Discussion lists all the categories that have been added by the team to categorize discussions.
Audio Note lists all the categories that are available when you choose one for a note ().
Note:
Chapter Number and Title are not used in the Audio Project Manager, but only in the Akuo Spoken Bible app. Title is used for movements and sections.
In the Akuo app, users can filter to see these categories, and then choose which categories are available for autoplay. This allows users the option to hear or not hear audio about movements and so on.
Each team is expected to localize and record () them directly in the Audio Note tab.
You cannot delete them. They are sorted to remain at the bottom of the list as you add new categories.
The dialog box lists all the categories the team () has available or you have available in your online personal projects (
).
Here are things you can do on any of these tabs:
Click New Category and type a unique name for the new category. Then, click to save the new category or
to delete what you just typed.
If you clicked to save the new category, that new category appears in another box where it can be edited or deleted.
Cancel does not remove this new category.
The category names you give for Audio Notes appear in the Work view.
You can also add a new category when you edit a resource or work with discussions.
Click a category that has been added and edit the name of that category.
Cancel prevents the edits from being saved.
Click for a category to delete it.
You cannot delete () categories that are currently in use. You cannot delete any system categories.
Cancel cancels the deletion.
In the Audio Note tab, you can also add these for the Chapter Number and Title categories, and categories you added:
Recorded audio. You can record new audio or upload existing audio files.
A border color which will appear around the uploaded graphic for notes that use this category.
A fallback picture that will appear if no graphic was uploaded for the note.
