This is only for projects with the layout set to Hierarchical.
There must be at least one section in the Sections & Passages tab.
If there is an active filter (), click the Disable filter to add rows command on the Add Section
button, or move the slider (
) in the filter.
If you have more than one project that is for the same book, the book title rows are only added to the first project to add publishing rows to. So, consider which of the projects should have the book title rows.
Click (Show publishing information).
The first time, a question box appear with information to help make you that you want to add these rows.
If you are sure you want to add those rows, click Yes.
New rows appear: One (book) row for the book name. One
for the book Alternate Name.
Chapter number (CHNUM) rows appears for each chapter.
Do these steps for the book () row:
Click the cell in the Title column and then edit the name of the book, if necessary.
Click (Record) record the book title.
Do these steps for the Alternate Name () row:
Click the cell in the Title column and then enter or edit the alternate name of the book, if necessary.
Click (Record) record the Alternate Book Name.
Do these steps for each Chapter number () row:
Click the cell in the Title column and then edit the chapter number, if necessary.
Click (Record) record the chapter number.
Click Save.

If you added publishing title rows by mistake, leave the Sections & Passages tab before auto-save has occurred and before you have clicked Save. Then, the newly added rows are not saved.
If you clicked Save or auto-save has occurred, do the steps below or get more help. Otherwise, you might have orphan audio files or other unwanted items left in the project.
Click the top-most row that has the colored background.
Click (More) in the Extras column, and then click
(Delete).
The three rows with the same color background are deleted.
For each row you do not want, click (More) in the Extras column, and then click
(Delete).
Click Save.
