People with the role of Admin and others with permission can open and use this dialog box.
The complete dialog box name depends on how you opened it:
Publish Movement: Click or (Publish) or (Update) that is in the Action column for a Movement () row.
In this case, you see a check box called Propagate to all Sections in the Movement. For more information, see Publish dialog box Propagation explanation.
Publish Section: Click or (Publish) or (Update) that is in the Action column for a Section row. For more information, see Publish dialog box Propagation explanation.
Publish Media: Click a symbol in the Published column that is in these locations:
Audio tab
Version dialog box
Resource Edit dialog box
Note Details dialog box
Projects that are not shared only have Akuo as the destination you can publish to.
In the Versions tab of the Versions dialog box, click a symbol in the Published column that is in the row of the desired version.
Select (
) one of these options:
Beta - select this option if you want publish to a limited number of people so they can verify that all the content is there, that the graphics appears intended and so on.
https://akuobible.org/?beta=true opens Akuo: The Spoken Bible (Beta) information in your default browser. It allows you to see both publishing content and beta content.
The background color becomes yellow 
. This indicates that you selected Beta.
Public - select this option when you are ready to make the movement or sections available to the public.
Not Published - use this option to clear () a Beta or Publish selection, or to remove movements or sections from the published list.
If you want to close the dialog box and not save any changes, click No. Otherwise, click Yes.
Shared projects have more destinations you can publish to.
In the Versions tab of the Resource Edit dialog box, click a symbol in the Published column that is in the row of the desired version.
Select (
) the destinations what you want to be able to receive what you publish.

If you selected Akuo, then you can select () Beta or Public.
Aquifer: https://well.bible/
For shared projects, nothing is actually shared until you also select () Internalization Resources for other AMP projects for movements and sections.
You might want to wait until the project is fully complete before you share it.
