In the Work view, your workflow might have a Phrase Back Translate step and a Phrase BT Transcribe step.
Record/Edit Audio - Back Translation can help you record each phrase as a separate audio recording.
The Phrase BT Transcribe step uses the Transcribe tool, but here there is also a Tasks pane. This pane is on the side, next to the large box where you will type the transcription. The Tasks pane lists the audio files that you recorded in the Phrase Back Translate step. They match the audio recordings that are listed in the Select Item dialog box.
The Task pane must show one audio recording for each step.

You can see or copy it in the Versions dialog box.
After you transcribe the last passage assigned to you, a Congratulations banner appears.
The state of the passage is shown near the bottom of the view. You cannot click or use the state "chip", which is just information.
