Use this dialog box to select which audio file to play, such as which version or segment.
Here is metadata you might see in the rows:
Source Version is the version of the vernacular audio recording.
Source Segment is the start time-end time of a vernacular portion that you manually selected as you uploaded audio for a Community Test Retell, Community Test Question and Answer, or Whole or Phrase Back Translation.
Created is the time stamp of when the recording was made.
Speaker is the name that was typed in the Speaker box when the recording was made or added. See Also: Provide Rights dialog box.
File Name is the name of the audio file for that row.
In addition to the passage, the file name can include additional information. This can include the source version, segment number, a sequential count that can reflect the order in which the recordings were made, and more.
Uploaded files usually have different information in their file names.
If your workflow has as a Phrase BT Transcribe step, the same phrase audio files will appear in the Tasks pane in that step.
If you see a duplicate or an audio file you want to delete, you can delete it () with the controls that are associated with the PLAY ITEM button.
