This task might be optional or not required by your team or workflow.
Depending on your workflow and team strategy, there might be a Review Transcription step or similar.
If your team uses assignments for transcribers and editors, set those assignments.
Otherwise, any member can review a transcription and by doing so, the assignment is made automatically.
People with the role of Admin can review transcriptions.
If the reviewer will edit the text, the correct font and keyboard need to be set up on the computer (these are beyond the scope of these Helps).
Consider if you will enable spell checking in the transcribe pane.
Review the Transcription considerations.
Play () the audio file and read the transcription.
Do one or more of these steps:
If you find a problem you can correct, make the correction.
If you find a problem you will not or cannot correct, click the Reject button.
Use the Rejection dialog box with an additional comment to clearly describe what you think is problematic.
If you cannot finish the review now or want to save any changes you made to history, click the Save button.
If you are finished and you approve the transcription, click the Submit button.
If an updated audio file is uploaded for the transcription you have reviewed, that transcription is removed.
You can see or copy it in the Versions dialog box.
