State indicates where in the process a particular passage is at the present time.

The state of a passage changes when you click one of these buttons: Save, Submit, Reject or Reopen.
The state of a passage does not change when you assign or unassign it.
The Reports dialog box shows how many passages (if at least one) are in the current audio project are various states.
History shows the changes of state for each passage, notes, comments and more.
Comments are also saved to this history when the state of a passage is changed.
If Ready to Sync () or Done (
) appear, you can click Reopen if changes are needed.
Transcribe steps also show the state "chip" if the step has an audio recording you can transcribe.
