Open this dialog box from any of these places:
From the home page, click (More) on the audio project card and then click
Paratext Integration.
From the Sections & Passages tab, click the Spreadsheet button, and then click Paratext Integration.
In the Work view, click a step that uses the Paratext Sync tool.
You use this dialog box when you sync with or pull from Paratext.
Review My Account overview to get started.
You can expand () or collapse (
) the
Paratext or
Paratext Local areas.
The top control is Sync Section Numbers.
You can select () this check box if you want section numbers included in the integration.
If the project has publishing rows, the section number will include an S, such as S1.
If the project has a Movement (), the section number will include an M, such as M1 S1.
The next control typically shows Vernacular. If your workflow has steps for them, a Whole or Phrase Back Translation might appear.
Passages ready sync informs you if a passage has a state of Ready to Sync, either Vernacular or a Back Translation. You might see a number or a reference, depending on how you opened this dialog box.
You can change the choice of Vernacular or a Back Translation to learn of the current passage is ready in both languages.
Controls that have a check mark () do not usually need your attention.
If a control does not have a check mark (), correct the condition indicated by that question.
For example, you might need use the Select Paratext Project control.
Important: If you change a selection, it changes for everyone on the team.
