You can integrate (sync) your data between Paratext and Audio Project Manager or Desktop. For example, you might do this to run the Paratext checks on your transcription before any steps for community checking are completed or you record a final audio version of the passage.

Review Pull from Paratext if your workflow might include the use of this feature.
In a step that uses the Paratext Sync tool, you can synchronize your textual data with a Paratext project.

When you edit the workflow, you can use the Paratext Sync dialog box to choose the kind of transcription you want to use for a given step.
This will affect steps but not if you sync from the Home page or from the Sections & Passages tab.
