Audio tab overview

The Audio tab shows the latest audio file version for each passage. It can also show audio files that are not yet associated with passages.

Important

• The Version column shows the number of audio files have been uploaded and associated with the referenced passage.

When you upload an updated audio file, the Choose Passage dialog box appears so you can associate it. The version number goes up by one. If you do not associate it, that updated audio file appears in a separate row and no version numbers change.

Click a version number to open the Versions dialog box.

The Ready to Share column and other features that you see depend on whether Shared Resources is selected in this project's settings.

• If the audio project was created online, but you opened it from an avatar below Work Offline on the Connection Mode page, you cannot associate, disassociate or delete audio files.
