Online alone means that you will work this way:
You will always or usually have access to the Internet.
You will work alone in personal audio projects (), instead of with a team.
You will integrate with Paratext online instead of locally.
You will not publish to the Akuo Spoken Bible app. If you want to publish, you can add a team, with yourself as the only team member.
If this is not the way you want to work, see Start from the beginning overview.
Desktop must be installed, if you will use it.
You can use Audio Project Manager in a browser or the Desktop app online, interchangeably.
You need to have one or more audio files or a microphone so you can record them.
If you want to use a spreadsheet, it must be available.
Do one of these steps:
Log in to Audio Project Manager in a browser.
Start the Desktop app.
On the Getting Started page, click Work Online that is below Work Alone.
Click Log In to log in.
Create a new audio project.
It is not possible to change a personal audio project () to be a team audio project (
).
Your audio projects are backed up online. But you can back up all audio projects if you want to.
If you work without access to the Internet, your changes are stored locally until you have access to the Internet.
Then your audio project is updated on the server.
