The Desktop app is installed.
You have one or more audio files or a microphone so you can record them.
If you want to use a spreadsheet, it must be available.
If you will import an existing project, that file must be available on the computer or on a removable device.
Start the Desktop app.
On the Getting Started page, click 
Work Offline that is below Work Alone.
The Home page appears, so you can create a new audio project.
It is not possible to change a personal audio project () to be a team audio project (
).
You should back up all audio projects manually, because they are not backed up online.
