Review the information in Note below.
If the file is on a removable device, such as a USB Flash drive, connect it to your computer.
Do one of these steps:
On the Getting Started page or the Connection Mode page, click the Import Audio Project button.
On the home page, click the Import Audio Project button to add a new project from that import file.
On the home page, click the audio project card for an existing audio project, click (More) and then click
Import.
Find and then click the *.ptf file you want to import.
Click Open.
The Import Audio Project box appears.
Click Yes in the Confirmation dialog box if you want to continue.
After the import process has finished, click Close.
The Import Audio Project button on the Connection Mode page only appears if you work alone.
Personal audio projects () are only available to the person who added it.
Other users cannot see them, even if they tried to import them.
If you are shown below Offline Users (Connection Mode page), you are not part of a team.
You should only import audio projects you made previously while offline ().
If you import a project made by offline by another person, an avatar for that person will appear below the Offline Users list. So, you can click it and you can work in that project as that person, not as yourself.
Team projects cannot become personal projects.
Even if you are a member and you import a team project, you cannot work in it as a personal project.
If the *.pft file was exported from a version that did not have the workflow feature, the steps will remain without names until you go online. If you are an offline () user of an online project, you need to go online so the steps get names (update). Otherwise, you need to import a new ptf from the updated version.
If the file was created from an online audio project, the identifications of the Admin and team members are added.
You will see them in the Connection Mode page after the import process has finished.
