There must be a resource to edit.
You must have an Internet connection. If you use Desktop, you must be online.
Then, you can add, link or configure resources and edit them.
In the Work view, click a step that uses the Internalize tool.
Click (Edit) for the resource you will edit.
The Edit Resource dialog box appears.
Edit the resource's description to distinguish it from other resources (optional).
Click the Category down arrow () and then click a category for that resource.
means that resources of this category will be available in steps that use the Compare tool.
If necessary, you can add a new category:
Click Add New Category .
Click the New Category line and type a word or two to distinguish the new category.
Click to add the new category to the resource category list and as the category for the current resource. Otherwise,
click to delete what you just typed.
You will also see the newly added category in the Edit Team Categories dialog box or Edit Personal Projects Categories dialog box.
Below Resources for, select () the best option that indicates how the resource will be used.

Steps that use the Internalize tool have a table of row and columns.
In addition to editing () a resource, here are additional things you can do:
Click and drag the drag handle () to reorder the resources.
Click (Play) to hear the audio resource file.
Select () the check box in the Completed column when you are done working with the resource in a row.
Click (Delete) to remove the resource form the current passage (if your role permits).
If shown, select () Show resources for all passages so you can see all the resources for all the passages in the section.
