To open this dialog box, click the Add Team button that is on the home () page.
Here are things you can do when you add a team:
Enter the team name.
Click the down arrow () to expand the Settings pane.
Select () Permissions may be set for projects of this team only if want to choose Can Edit Spreadsheet or Can Publish and Export permissions later, in the Configure Audio Project Settings dialog box.
Workflow Progression
Select () Next Passage to move from passage-to-passage in the current step.
Select () Next Step to move from step-to-step in the current passage.
Your selection only affects projects that have a Hierarchical layout.
You can change the selection in the Team Settings dialog box.
Experimental Features
Select () each experimental feature you want to use.
Later, you can open and use the Convert Voice Settings dialog box or Auto Transcription Settings dialog box.
Choose the default workflow for the team.
You can edit the workflow later.
