You can download a sample spreadsheet to look at or use as you learn about Audio Project Manager.
On the Top App Bar, click and then click the option that you see.
It will be one of these:
Scripture hierarchical sample spreadsheet
Sample Google spreadsheets
If it is downloaded from the server, click the folder where you want to save the downloaded file, and then click Save.
Now you can examine the sample spreadsheet or copy rows to your clipboard to try in a new audio project. See Paste Spreadsheet.
The sample you get depends on the audio project that is currently open:
If its type is Scripture and is set to use a hierarchical layout, the sample is Scripture and is hierarchical.
If its type is Scripture and is set to use a flat layout, the sample is Scripture and is flat.
If its type is General and is set to use a hierarchical layout, the sample is General and is hierarchical.
If its type is General and is set to use a flat layout, the sample is General and is flat.
If you are online, the sample will come from the server. If are using Desktop offline (), the sample will come one that was put on your computer by the installer.
A flat spreadsheet has all the rows at the same level. Each row is a verse range, such as 4:1-13, 4:31-37 and so on. Each section has only one passage. Therefore, no row is subordinate to another row.
Your workflow can be affected by your selection of Hierarchical or Flat.
