To open this dialog box, click 
(Convert Voice <speaker>AI).
Click the Speaker box and then click the name of an existing speaker or type a new name.
The Select Voice dialog is part of the experimental feature called Convert VoiceAI.

If you add a new name, the Provide Rights dialog box opens.
Make sure to use the speaker's full name. If you personalize the voice permission statement, you can exclude the name, but the name will continue to appear in Speaker boxes.
The voice of the person named in the Speaker box will be used to modify the voice or voices in the current audio file.
The sponsor for the rights is set in the Convert Voice Settings dialog box.
The Begin Conversion button is the same as 
(Convert Voice <name>AI).
Both start the AI service that will blend the two voices into one that is not recognizable as either of the two voices.
Only speakers who have agreed to the contents in the Provide Rights dialog box, and have recorded it or a similar statement, are available in the Speaker box.
You can personalize the voice permission statement in the Personalize Voice Permission dialog box.
