Numbers (# / # discussions) inform you the number of displayed discussions / total number of discussions in all team projects.
As a result, the total number is the same in all the team's projects.
Click (Filter Discussions) and then select () one or more of these options.
The results are determined by the combination of all the filter options you selected.
For You shows discussions assigned to you or your peer group for the current step and current passage.
Resolved shows resolved discussions, for the current step and current passage, not limited to assignments.
Latest Version shows discussions that correspond to the most recent version of the audio file for the current step and current passage.
All Passages on all team projects shows discussions in all passages in all team projects for the current step.
All Steps shows discussions in all the steps, for the current passage.
Category
All means that there are currently no selections in the Category List dialog box.
Uncategorized helps you find discussions without any category.
A number is the count of how many categories or Uncategorized are currently selected in the Category List dialog box.
Select (
) the categories you want or Uncategorized.
If your role is Admin, and you are working online, you can click Yes in the Confirmation dialog box.
YES means this filter will be saved and active for all team members until another filter is saved.
You can sort (
) displayed discussions.
For the current passage, you should have added each discussion in the most appropriate step.
Each discussion displays the selected category and number of comments.
In addition, filter selections can display other metadata with each discussion.
Examples:
When All Passages is selected (), each discussion displays the passage reference that the discussion is about.
If cleared, you see only discussions for the current passage in the current project. So passage references are not displayed.
When All Steps is selected (), each discussion displays the step name where the discussion was added.
If cleared, you see only discussions that were added for the current step. So step names are not displayed.
When both All Passages and All Steps are selected, both the passage reference and step names are displayed in each discussion.
Latest Version will not include discussions added with older versions each time you upload a new file.
Version information appears in the Audio tab.
Choosing a category is optional.
If your layout is set to Hierarchical, there can be multiple passages per section. In this case, a slider appears like this example appears.
The dot will move automatically, or you can manually slide it to move between passages. It helps you know which passage in the section is displayed.
