Configure Assignments 
Select (
) one or more rows that need changes to assignments.
Click Configure Assignments and then click Add Assignment Scheme or click an existing assignment scheme.
The Configure Assignment Scheme dialog box appears.
Use this dialog box to configure, remove or delete assignment schemes.
Remove Assignments
Select () one or more rows.
Click this button to remove the current scheme from the selected rows.
A Confirmation box appears.
It informs you how many rows will no longer be assigned, because you removed the permission scheme

Select () one or more rows that need changes to assignments.
Click Configure Permissions and then click Add Permission Scheme or click an existing permission scheme.
The Configure Permission Scheme dialog box appears.
Use this dialog box to configure, remove or delete permission schemes.
Remove Permissions
Select () one or more rows.
Click this button to remove the current permission scheme from the selected rows.
A Confirmation box appears.
It informs you how many rows will no longer be assigned, because you removed the scheme.
Assignments are suggestive, so others can complete a step that is assigned to someone else.
Permissions are restrictive, so a step can only be completed by the person or peer group with the permission to do that step.
