Terms are words or phrases that are considered to be critical for correct understanding of the passage. The set of terms assist translators and checkers as they work to produce accurate and consistent translations.

) projects. Book and reference information is required to present only appropriate terms from the list.
The Term Details dialog box displays details about the current term. It also shows 
(Hide) or 
(Show) buttons.
These buttons work with the 
option in the Exclude control. Select (
) Hide to hide terms that you set to show (Hide).
Terms was previously referred to as Key Terms.
The Term for organizing layout control is related to section layouts, not to terms as described here.
