Term Details dialog box

You can use this dialog box when you Work with terms. It shows more details about the term. It also allows you to set the term you see in the dialog box as a term that can be hidden.

Open this dialog box

  1. Go to the Work view.

  2. Click a step that uses the Term Verify tool in a passage that has at least one term.

  3. Click a term in the Source column.

The dialog box shows the details about the term you clicked.

Set this term as one that can be hidden

It changes to pic (hide).

Now, this term is hidden when you select (pic) Hide  in the Exclude control.

Set this term as one that is always shown

  1. Clear () the Hide  option in the Exclude control.

The terms that are set to be hidden are shown again.

  1. Click the term you want to see all the time again.

The Term Details dialog box opens.

  1. Click pic.

It changes to pic (show).

Now, this terms remains shown when you select (pic) Hide in the Exclude control.
