Steps that use the Consultant Check tool allow you to play audio files.
There must be headphones or speakers connected to the computer, and the volume set to a sufficient level that it can be heard clearly.
Do these steps to play an audio file.
Click the (Play) you see in a tab or in a column for the audio file you want to hear.
Then, use any of these optional controls that you might see:
Click 
to pause or stop the playback. Click 
(Play) to start the playback again.
To change the volume, click 
, Then, click and drag the volume slider control (
).
To choose a playback speed, click 
(More) and then click 
. Click the speed you want in the list.
To move back or forward in the playback, you can use these controls:

Click 
to skip back 3 seconds in the playback. You can click it more than one time to move back more.
Click 
(Play from start) to start from the beginning again.
Watch the time (current / duration) counter to know where you are in the playback.
The controls you see with the Consultant Check tool are slightly different compared to other steps in the workflow.
