(Choose spell checking languages) appears only in Desktop. You see it below the transcribe pane in these Work view steps: Transcribe, Whole BT Transcribe and Phrase BT Transcribe.
For spell checking to actually happen, Spell Check must be selected () in the Edit Audio Project Settings dialog box.
Click the button to open Spell Checking Languages dialog box so you can select languages and work with custom words.
Use this tab to choose spell-checking languages.
You need access to the Internet to get spelling dictionaries for languages you select ().
They come from online sources and are loaded into the Desktop program.
Later, even while you do not have an Internet connection, you can clear () the check box to stop using dictionaries you already loaded.
Choose spell-checking languages:
Click Dictionaries.
Do one or both of these steps:
Select () each language you want to use to check the spellings.
Clear () each language you no longer want to use.
Read the information in the Confirmation dialog box.
Use this tab to delete a word you previously added but later determined to be spelled incorrectly.
Click Custom.
You see words you added (Add to dictionary).
To delete a word, click for that word.
That word is deleted immediately so Cancel does not stop it.
Click Save.
This word will receive a red wavy underline () again.
If you deleted a word inadvertently, you can add it again later.
