The home page shows audio projects as separate colored cards. They are grouped as personal (
) or team (
) audio projects. They are listed in alphabetical order within each grouping.
What you see or can do on the home page can depend on roles.
Open the home page in any of these ways:
Click the
(Home) button on the top app bar.
If you use the Desktop app, you can also click a
Work Offline button on the Getting Started page or on the Connection Mode page.
Note: You may or may not be able to create a new audio project depending on how you opened the home page in the Desktop app, and whether you are online or offline.
You may see any or all of these buttons:
Import Audio Project opens the Import Audio Project dialog box (Desktop - offline only).
Add Team opens the Add Team dialog box (online only).
opens the Sort Projects dialog box (online only).
Settings opens the Team Settings dialog box (role of Admin only) or the Personal Settings dialog box.
Edit Workflow opens the Edit Workflow dialog box (online only).
Members opens the Members dialog box (
team projects only).
The number in the parenthesis is the number of team members.
You may see any or all of these buttons or icons:

Settings opens the Edit Audio Project Settings dialog box (online only).
Reports open the Reports dialog box.
Paratext Integration opens the Integrations dialog box (
Scripture only).
Edit Team Categories dialog box or Edit Personal Projects Categories dialog box.
Import opens the Import Audio Project dialog box.
Export opens the Export dialog box.
Delete lets you delete an audio project (online only).
For the person who added the project, it means that person can work while offline in Desktop. For each other team member, it means that at some point, that member clicked GO OFFLINE from within the project and worked offline.
