Go Offline. You can use Desktop to work online or offline (with no connection to the Internet). Occasionally online is a situation that would require team members to do these steps.
If you already logged in to work online in Desktop, the top app bar shows Go Offline.
In this case, do these steps:
Click Go Offline.
The Download dialog box appears.
Click Download Now to download the projects you see in the Project Details area.
Now you can work in the audio project or projects you downloaded to your local computer.
Click 
Go Online when you are ready to go back online.
The Syncing offline changes dialog box appears and informs you that import is in progress.
Click Close when it is available.
For 
personal projects, 
appears on the project card for any personal project you add. It means that person can work while offline in Desktop.
For 
team projects, appears on the project card for the person who added the project, like a personal project.
For each other team member, it means that at some point, that member clicked Go Offline from within the project and worked offline.
