People with the role of Admin and others with permission can open and use this dialog box.
To open this dialog box, on the home page, click
(More) on the audio project card you want to change and then click Settings (
).
You use this dialog box when you edit a project.
This dialog box has two tabs.
Here you see where you can edit the Audio Project Name and Description.
Audio Project Type offers two options: Scripture and General.
For a General project, you can select (
) or clear (
) the Show As Stories (not Extras) in Akuo check box.
Language refers to the vernacular language of the project. Click Language to open the Choose Language Details dialog box.
Layout offers two options: Hierarchical (sections can have multiple passages) or Flat (each section has only one passage).
Your workflow can be affected by your selection.
Term for organizing layout offers terms you can select, and Other so you can add a custom term. The term you select will appear in various places, including in the Template Codes dialog box. See also: Section.
Permissions only appears if Permissions may be set for projects of this team is selected (
) in the Team Settings dialog box.
Permissions has two controls.
Can Edit Spreadsheet: Use this control to choose a peer group or a particular team member who you want to have permission to change the rows in the Sections & Passages tab.
appears on the project cards for members who have this permission.
Can Publish: Use this control to choose a peer group or a particular team member who will have permission to publish.
appears on the project cards for members who have this permission.
Shared Resources has a check box. You might see a statement about permission in this dialog box. After that permission is granted to you, the check box will be available to you in any project. Then you and your team of shared resource creators can create shared resources.
Asterisks (*) indicate required information.
Akuo Book Designations are used by the Sort Projects dialog box.
