While you work offline () in Desktop, you can export files from steps that use the Export tool.
Only passages with all preceding steps complete (Step Complete ) will be exported.
Exports are on the project level, so you need to choose the type of files you want to export.
Click the down arrow () and then click one of these audio file types:
Vernacular, Community Test Retell, Community Test Question and Answer,
Whole Back Translation or Phrase Back Translation.
Click Export Audio Files and then click one of these options:
Latest Audio, Latest Audio + Transcription or Scripture Burrito.
A *.zip file is saved to your Downloads folder.
Each of these files contains one or more files. Unzip them to access individual audio files.
Latest Audio exports files with the highest version numbers.
Latest Audio + Transcriptions audio exports files with the highest version numbers and the transcription, suitable for use in ELAN.
Scripture Burrito only appears if the audio project type is Scripture.
Choose Scripture Burrito if you or others have software that can use the exported files.
