To open this dialog box, you need to be online in Desktop, click your avatar button on the Top App Bar and click 
Switch User.
If a user logs on with the Desktop to a project that has been worked on by others that user will only locally have files they have listened to on their machine. Other files will not be present. If the user wants to work on a section offline, they need to download all the files for that section.
To open this dialog box, you need to be online in Desktop, click your avatar button on the Top App Bar and click Switch User.
Here are things you can see in the Download? dialog box:
Project Details
Click Project Details to expand that area.
To sort on a particular column, do one of these steps:

(More) and then click Sort by DESC or Sort by ASC. To filter the data by a particular column, click (More) and then click 
Filter. Then, use the various controls to create the filter you want to use.
To hide a column, click (More) and and then click 
Hide Column.
To show hidden columns or hide other columns, click (More) on any column and and then click 
Manage Columns. Then, click the slider control for a column to display (
) or hide (
) that column. You can click Hide All or Show All. Click anywhere outside of the dialog box to close it.
To see more or fewer rows, click the rows per page down arrow () and then click 25, 50 or 100.
Amount to download
Select (
) Filtered Files to download only those rows that are set for display in the Sections & Passages tab using the 
filter.
Select () Missing Files to get other files that are not downloaded. These are audio files that the current user has not personally listened to yet on their own computer or device.
Select () Projects to download all the projects whether you have worked in those projects or not.
Download Later
This will close the dialog box without downloading anything.
Download Now
This will download any files that match the selection you made in Amount do download.
The purpose of this dialog box is to help you download files and get offline.
Filtered Files allows you to get offline more quickly by limiting the number of files that will be downloaded.
Missing Files allows you to get all the missing files. It will include all the files that are included in the Filtered Files. Then you can change the filter while offline, if you want to, and have all the files you need.
Projects downloads all the files for the project or projects. This includes the avatars and fonts in addition to all the missing files. All the versions of files are included, even unassociated files.
Projects that are downloaded include projects that show 
on the project card. For more information, see Go Offline / Go Online.
