To open the Team Settings dialog box, on the home page, click Settings. Then, click the down arrow (
) to expand the Publishing area.
In the Team Settings dialog box you can record the language and the name of the Bible for publishing.
To open the Team Settings dialog box, on the home page, click Settings. Then, click the down arrow () to expand the Publishing area.
If you will upload existing audio files, see Upload Language name and Name of Bible audio.
At least one project must exist in the team with the intended language already selected for the projects in the team.
However, you can click the Language box, to open the Choose Language Details dialog box and choose a different language.
You need a microphone to record.
You need speakers or a headset to listen to your audio.
If you will use experimental features you need an Internet connection, except for the Normalize feature. If you use Desktop, you must be online.
Click 
(Record or Upload) in the Language control.
The Provide audio dialog box opens. It has two tabs, Record and Upload.
In the Record tab, click 
(Select microphone) and then click the microphone you want to use, if necessary.
Click 
(Record) and then speak the name of the language or the name of the Bible.
Click 
(Pause) to pause the recording when you when you are done speaking.
Click 
(Play) to listen to your recording for quality and usability.
If necessary, select a portion of the audio waveform that you do not want to keep, and then click 
(Delete Region).
(Undo) if you want to undo that deletion.If any of these experimental features are selected (
) in the Team Settings dialog box, or the Personal Settings dialog box, do any of these steps:
Click 
(Reduce NoiseAI) to reduce the noise for the entire audio file or a selected portion of the audio recording that is too noisy.
Click 
(Convert Voice speakerAI) to use this experimental feature. See 
Note below.
Click 
((Normalize) to normalize the volume level of the entire audio recording, or of a selected portion of the audio recording.
If necessary, click 
(Delete Entire Recording) if you want to start over.
When you are satisfied with the recording, click Save.
Do these steps again in the Name of Bible control.
(Convert Voice <speaker>AI) is available before you save a new audio recording.
In this case, the recorded Provide Rights voice sample must be already available. You can choose a name, but not record a new sample at this time.
Use the Team Settings dialog box
