Invite a person

A person with the role of Admin works with people and teams.

  1. On the home page, click the Members button for the team.

A Members dialog box appears. It lists the names of any existing team members.

  1. In the Members dialog box, click the Members or Invitations tab.

  2. Click the Invite PIC button.

The Invite Person dialog box appears. Asterisks (*) indicate required information.

Do these steps in the dialog box:

  1. If the team uses peer groups, choose a peer group for the person after the invitation has been accepted.

Important

Example: Some users were allowed a hyphen in their email address, such as "John-Suzie@...". But later hyphens were not allowed, so it might have changed to "John_Suzie@..." or similar. In such cases, a person might have both in the system and both might work for email.
