If you think you are experiencing a problem with Audio Project Manager or an error message appeared, do these steps:
Gather the information listed below.
If you saw an error message, that error is automatically sent. However, you should also report this issue to inform the developers the steps you did, as described below.
Click on the Top App Bar, and then click
Report an Issue.
It opens this Internet site: https://community.scripture.software.sil.org/c/transcriber.
Log in.
Search for an existing topic. If you find one, please add your report to it.
This is preferred because then it is easier to see if others are experiencing a similar or the same problem.
If you do not find a similar topic, click the New Topic button to report your issue.
When you submit a bug report, include as much of this information as possible:
What you were trying to do.
A description of the actual behavior you are observing and a description of what you expected to happen. Screenshots, if applicable, of the problem to help explain the problem.
The steps you did that caused the problem (so we can reproduce it):

Open the ...

Error or problem appears ...
Your environment:
The Internet browser you were using (e.g. Chrome, Edge and so on) and if you were using a private browser (e.g. Incognito, Private and so on).
The version of Audio Project Manager you are using.
The version of Paratext you are using. Alternatively, tell us if you are using Audio Project Manager on a computer that does not have Paratext installed.
Log files can be very helpful. You can copy and include these files:
Windows: C:\Users\<username>\.transcriber-logs
Linux: /home/<username>/.transcriber-logs
Any additional information you think may help us solve the problem.
