Click the text box for the audio note category. Type or edit the category names you will record if necessary, and then click 
(Record or Upload).
Open the Edit Team Categories (or Edit Personal Projects Categories) dialog box and then click the Audio Note tab.
Add one or more new categories if necessary. You can also edit the category names to localize them into another language before you record those category names.
The Akuo Spoken Bible app requires Chapter Number and Title categories.
This audio recording is used in the apps that consume the published contents. If you already have existing audio files, you can upload them.
Click the text box for the audio note category. Type or edit the category names you will record if necessary, and then click (Record or Upload).
The Provide audio dialog box opens.
Click 
(Select microphone) and then click the microphone you want to use, if necessary.
In the Record tab, click 
(Select microphone) and then click the microphone you want to use.
Click 
(Record) and then speak the name of the category.
Click 
(Pause) to stop recording.
Click 
(Play) to listen to your recording for quality and usability.
If necessary, select a portion of the audio waveform that you do not want to keep, and then click 
(Delete Region).
Click 
(Undo) if you want to undo the deletion.
If these experimental features are selected in the Team Settings dialog box, or the Personal Settings dialog box, do any of these steps:
Click 
(Reduce NoiseAI) to use this feature to reduce noise from the entire audio recording, or from a selected portion of the audio recording.
Click 
(Convert Voice speakerAI) to use this experimental feature.
Click 
(Normalize) to normalize the volume level of the entire audio recording, or of a selected portion of the audio recording.
If necessary, click 
(Delete Entire Recording) if you want to start over.
When you are satisfied with the recording, click Save.
You must have existing audio files to upload.
Click (Record or Upload).
The Provide audio dialog box opens.
Click the Upload tab.
Drag and drop the audio file into the box, or click the box and browse for the file.
Click Upload.
In that row, click 
(Play) to hear the audio to make sure you uploaded the correct audio file.
If necessary upload another file.
The color you add will appear around the graphic for notes that use the category.
Click the colored circle to open the color palette.
Click and drag the middle circle to make the color you want is in the top portion of the palette.
Click and drag the top colored circles until it is the color you want to use.
Click Close to close the color palette.
If you are done using this dialog box, click Save.
In the app that consumes the published contents, this graphic will appear when no other graphic has been uploaded for the note.
To open the Upload Graphic dialog box, click 
or any graphic you previously uploaded but now want to replace. If there was an existing graphic, it appears in the dialog box with in a larger size.
Use the dialog box to upload the fallback graphic.
Type the rights holder in the Graphics Rights holder box.
The Graphics Rights holder box can hold text with dates, such as @2025 SIL International, or just names.
Click Upload.
If you are done using this dialog box, click Save.
