In the Export dialog box, click Export Audio Project.
Do one of these steps:

Click the folder that you want to hold the export file.
Click Save.
A *.ptf or *.itf file is saved.
From the Export dialog box, you can also use Copy Transcription. If you are offline in Desktop, you can also use Back Up All Audio Projects.
The export of a *.ptf file is not allowed if you are offline (
with Desktop), with an online project and the project has new content which were added while offline.
In this case, log in to sync the project with the servers.
